Some text goes here
I need to ensure that the page length here is sufficient for the content else it will be overflow:hidden.

The following is content I need to consider

Please... you do NOT 'step' to Rock'n'Roll music! Rather... you move to the rhythm of Rock'n'Roll music, your movements recognizing and accentuating the 'BEAT'! However... you need to start somewhere and I'm taking this opportunity to ensure that there exist a continuity within your dancing partnership. So... when you feel confident with moving your feet to my animations and you feel great when exercising the steps to Rock'n'Roll music... THEN please be sure to shut down your aggressive footwork and transfer the lively aggression to your body rhythm. Your feet... move for balance and gravity...They do not lead! NOW... Enjoy yourself and revisit for updating Tips etc.

Your first ever 'How To'
* Rock and Roll is a physical expression of Rock and Roll music and must therefore be approached as you would undertake any physical exercise.
* So push back your chair, stretch, and start with your 'First Steps." (PLEASE READ ON FIRST -if you're a first timer).
* Balance your weight toward the balls of your feet,- DON'T STAND UP ON YOUR TOES!
* Hold your hands relaxed at waist level with your hands in the ready to 'SNAP' your fingers position.
* The 'by the numbers' start pages might suggest that you step to the music. (No actual music available yet).HOWEVER, the idea as you get to know the steps, is to use the flexing of the static leg to place the moving foot in the right position. When you get it right you will find that you will be bobbing up and down slightly and that your legs stay slightly flexed (ie. unlocked) at all times. (ALSO you will not be jarring your body by stiff legging it).
* Take your time and watch the screen, not your feet.
* There are three levels to complete before you attempt to move to music.(4/4 Beat by the way).
* Stay relaxed and keep your steps small but do 'work' out a little. Rock and Roll is a great exercise for strengthening body and heart.
* I've left no "cookies" cause I've tried to make this site friendly. If you do experience serious problems with this site then please accept my apologize as I'm a silver surfing newbie. My intention here is to share my experiences. Visit me on Whois Frank page.
