Ok. So the layout design could be better ~ I'm not a graphical designer. What I do is the webpage coding to see your vision realised using up-to-date standards. IE. K.I.S.S.
Look carefully and know that things like the dropdown shadow in the header works in all browsers, though not everywhere on this site, IE doesn't see {text-shadow} yet and others like Firefox do.
